Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns accepted for defective, wrong, or damaged items within 30 days of receipt.

• Final sale, custom-made, and perishable items cannot be returned.

Item Condition

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

• Contact us at Roxiebloom13@gmail.com to start a return. Follow provided instructions.

• Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Prepaid labels provided for those cases.

• Refunds to original payment method or store credit. Processing takes 5-7 business days after receiving the return.

• No direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
